I can't believe it took us so long to leave a review. We feel so lucky to have partnered with Antonella and Nadia for our multiple projects! They helped us: re-roof, install french drains, and build an attic addition and portico and were outstanding to work with: present, responsive, accommodating, and really went the extra mile even feeding our cat while we were away during our project (multiple occasions). We fully recommend A design Art & House and would definitely use their services again with pleasure. They truly were so easy and pleasant to work with and we love the end result!

We own an old house we love, but like many old houses, this one has aging systems; plumbing, electrical etc. It also has many wonderful quirks worth loving and preserving. This has always made facing maintenance and renovations very fraught. We needed to find someone who understood and respected our preservation concerns, but who could simultaneously work with our very limited budget. The preserving of old houses is an expensive business and on a limited budget, many judgment calls are involved.. We needed someone who "got us" as clients. In addition, we were dealing with water leaks inside the walls that were impossible to diagnose and estimate before opening up the walls and ceiling. Once we were "in" we needed to follow the problems wherever they led us. The trust really needed to be there. Antonella and Nadia were total professionals. They coordinated and supervised the demolition, plumbing, tile, and electrical work in a way that we could never have done. They were great. Did I mention that we're picky? They were terrific.

Nadia and Antonella helped us design a beautiful modern kitchen to replace the ancient mess that was there when we bought our house. The job was much more affordable than we expected, and the quality was top notch. Like every major renovation, there were some minor hiccups along the way, particularly due to the pandemic and scarcity of certain products, but Nadia and Antonella were communicative and creative in finding quick fixes and alternate sources when necessary. We love the finished product, which we expect to add at least double the renovation cost to our home’s sale price when we eventually move. In the meantime, we’ll enjoy this house with a fantastic kitchen.

Great work by a team of professionals! This was a complete home remodel, plus an extension which included a full basement, open plan kitchen/dining, master suite, and rooftop balcony. Building through a tough year with lockdowns and various challenges, it was reassuring to have such a dedicated team by your side with lots of design and remodeling knowledge. Kept us up to date on any supply issues and ran a tight budget. They have an amazing sense of style and worked well with our vision to bring it all together. We are extremely happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Very happy with our decision to work with Nadia & Antonella after getting quotes from other companies they really stood out for many good reasons. They had some great ideas for our vision and their crew is very clean and on time. They did a good job covering the floors and walls, they vacuum and clean up as much as possible. They were always available and provided updates, answered questions, they have come in person to see the progress and address our questions. Our project finished up and we love everything, we really felt they went above and beyond for us.

Working w/ A Design Art & House to implement a full interior gut reno was a truly delightful experience. I generally have beyond high expectations and Antonella, Nadia, and team met them every step of the way. We wanted to touch base to let you know how pleased we are with the design and look of our master bath and bedroom. Since we are spending so much time at home, we are very appreciative of the outcome!

The bathroom is everything we could have wanted. And the design really opened up and utilized the space we had well. If anything, the bedroom feels larger. That's probably due to the improved functional storage the new closets provide.

They did such an amazing job in prioritizing investments and upgrades, in respecting the original personality and style of the house, in choosing materials, textures, and colors.
